Kindergarten is a magical place to teach. There is a tremendous growth in the children. I love teaching through music, movement, art, and literature. I strive to create an organized attractive classroom where children can learn that rules and routines keep everyone safe and happy. It is a joy to teach in a community where colleagues and parents are so supportive and generous.

I am truly blessed to be part of the St. Theresa community. I bring a wealth of experience having taught kindergarten for 12 years and 2nd grade for 6 years. I look forward to creating new adventures and learning opportunities in the kindergarten kingdom!

Kindergarten Aide (with Mrs. Wohlgemuth)
I am thrilled to have a permanent home as a kindergarten aide here at St. Theresa. I have two boys who are graduates of St. Theresa School, and have been very successful throughout their academic life. I believe that their love for learning began in kindergarten!

Kindergarten Aide (with Ms Rosenkranz)
I grew up in a large family where we all attended Catholic schools, so when it was time to send my own children to school, I knew St Theresa would be the perfect fit.
As a proud parent of four STS graduates, I enjoy being able to help carry on the traditions and values of a Catholic school education with the kindergarten students every day!

I vividly remember an occasion as a young girl when my mother gave us permission to color all over the family room walls. She was redecorating, and thought it would be a great way for us to be creative, and at the same time, to keep us busy! Perhaps that is where my love of Art began.
I studied English and Art at the University of Notre Dame, and upon graduation, worked in the business world as an editor. It was during this time that I met my husband, Don, and we decided to start a family. Fortunately for me, my husband shared my passion for art, which transferred easily to our seven children. Our house is always full of homemade decorations, welcome home posters and birthday banners.
It has been pure joy for me to combine my love of children with my love of art and fashion it into a teaching career. I am so happy to be St. Theresa’s surrounded by many fine artists.

Spanish Teacher grades K-5
Kindergarten is the perfect age to introduce a second language. Students are hungry to learn and love to share their love for a second language with their family and friends!
I enjoy helping my students learn how to communicate in another language, and understand the importance of being bilingual in today's society.
