Admissions Process

Enrollment 

 

An admissions application must be completed for ALL NEW students. STS uses a rolling admission process. NEW families are encouraged to enroll early to ensure proper placement. 

 

Required Medical and Immunization Records for NEW students

 

A current physical including immunization records must be submitted to the school nurse on or before AUGUST 1. Forms (B, C, D) can be mailed, scanned or dropped off at school to the attention: SCHOOL NURSE. If you questions please contact: [email protected] 

 

 

New Family Registration

 

Once your admission application is submitted, it is time to set up your 2024-25 online family Blackbaud tuition account, choose your payment option, and secure your non-refundable registration fee of $150 per student. Set up your Blackbaud tuition Account HERE. 

 

Children of parents who live in seperate households, are separated, or divorced must have consent by both parents for enrollment. Signed consent forms should be sent with the admission application. Enrollment Confirmation Form

 

 

Students transferring from another school entering grades 1 through 8:

 

In order to properly place children according to their skill level, students transferring from another school to St. Theresa must complete and request a transfer of student records from their current school. This includes all academic records starting in kindergarten through the last completed grade, the most recent report card, standardized test scores, attendance, and medical/vaccination records.  Request for Transfer of Records 

Admissions STS

Do you qualify for Financial Assistance? 

 

St. Theresa School offers Financial Assistance to families who qualify.  Applications must be received by April 1 for first consideration.   Click here for the Blackbaud Financial Aid application.
 
Re-enrollment for returning families (entering grades 1 - 8)

 

All current students will be automatically re-enrolled for the upcoming school year.  A non-refundable registration fee of $125 will be charged in February via your Blackbaud Tuition account.

To avoid the re-registration fee, non-returning families should notify the Admissions Office prior to January 31.

 

Current students returning for Kindergarten

 

All students turning 5 on or before September 1 are now eligible for kindergarten - Students enrolled in the Preschool (age 4) program will automatically transfer to full-day kindergarten. The half day program (till 12 noon) is also available. Please email the admission office: [email protected] if you are interested in the half day kindergarten program.

 

To avoid the re-registration fee, non-returning families, should notify the Admissions Office before January 31.

 

If you have a STS students turning 4 on or before September 1 and are returning for their 2nd year of preschool:

 

Students will be automatically be re-enrolled into the same program option. If you choose to change your program option please email [email protected]

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $125 will be charged to all returning families via Blackbaud Tuition
