Apply for Admissions
An admissions application must be completed for ALL NEW students. NEW families are encouraged to apply early to ensure proper placement. St. Theresa School uses a rolling admissions process in which new applications are reviewed at regular intervals throughout the year. An acceptance letter will be sent after the admissions process is complete which will include the online tuition registration and payment options. Students who are entering 3rd - 8th grade are required to shadow for all or part of the day. Students will shadow in the grade they are currently enrolled. An admissions application must be completed, and the $30 application fee is applied.
Re-enrollment (current STS students)
Current STS students will have priority registration. Unless notified, all current students will be automatically rolled over for the 2019-20 school year. All re-registration information will be distributed electronically. (Current families with students moving up to Preschool 4 or Kindergarten must select a program option.)

Request for Transfer of Records
A signed request form should be completed for ALL NEW students transferring from another school, entering grades 2 through 8 (most current report cards, standardized test scores, attendance records, etc.).
Enrollment Confirmation Form
An Enrollment Confirmation is needed for students whose parents are separated or divorced.
